Get comfortable being uncomfortable.
After reading an article in a magazine I went to my first yoga class and it was on my 18th birthday. My birthday present for myself. Didn't know what I'm getting myself into.. At first I was after physical exercise that is why became so frustrated as I couldn't do any of yoga postures. I quickly noticed 'the feeling' I had after practising. Even if it was only 15 minutes or few hours.. Being so relaxed and balanced with yourself. It is this 'everything makes sense' feeling. It was in 1999. Yoga is present in my life since then. With time overwhelmed my world to the point I became a yoga teacher.
