Get comfortable being uncomfortable.
..you have to go out of your mind to come to your senses..
Aga has been practising Iyengar yoga for over a decade. By coincidence she was drawn to Power Yoga which derives from Ashtanga. She likes the flow, one asana coming to another one. Elegant and beautiful sequence that you can change and modify each time you practise. The most important is to understand each posture with realising one's physical abilities and restrictions. And this is where Aga would like to help. Vinyasa Yoga is great for strengthening, rythm and meditation when clearing your mind. But as they say..The devil is in the detail.

After reading an article in a magazine I went to my first yoga class and it was on my 18th birthday. My birthday present for myself. Didn't know what I'm getting myself into.. At first I was after physical exercise that is why became so frustrated as I couldn't do any of yoga postures. I quickly noticed 'the feeling' I had after practising. Even if it was only 15 minutes or few hours.. Being so relaxed and balanced with yourself. It is this 'everything makes sense' feeling. It was in 1999. Yoga is present in my life since then. With time overwhelmed my world to the point I became a yoga teacher.
